The only difference between the Small bit and the Large bit is the size of the circumference of the bit and Nailtech preference.

Medium Barrel bit - Diameter size 6mm.
Large Barrel bit - Diameter size 6.6mm.

Ceramic smooth barrel nail drill bit

Love this drill bit takes off gel polish easily saving a lot of time.
Haven't tried it on dip nails yet but I would think it would work just as well.
